God called him when he was still young. He found it difficult to proclaim God’s words and faced fierce opposition. The people rejected both him and God. But Jeremiah remained courageous and faithful. Unter der Regierung des Königs Zedekia  Jeremia diente als Prophet während der Regierungszeit von König Zedekia, er war  der letzte König der Juden. Sein Name bedeutet: Der Herr ist meine Gerechtigkeit. Ohne Verbindung mit Gott ist er von seinen Ratgebern abhängig. 2. Wer ist Jeremia? Jeremia war ein Prophet aus Anatot. Er wurde in seiner Jugendzeit von Gott berufen. Es viel ihm schwer, die Worte Gottes zu verkündigen.  Er erlebte einen harten Widerstand. Das Volk lehnte ihn und Gott ab.  Aber Jeremia blieb furchtlos und treu. Der Prophet Jeremia musste in seinen 50 Jahren seiner Verkündigung viel leiden.
