What the butterfly teaches us It is reported that there are over 100,000 species of butterflies. The flying ABC explores the top and bottom on its wings. It seems that God wants to present the plan of his love in these delicate creatures in a wonderful illustration. 2. The butterfly egg The females lay their eggs where the most favorable conditions are found. The eggs are completely different: in shapes, colors and sizes. The egg is the size of a pin and can withstand temperatures down to minus 60 degrees. 3. The caterpillar Once the caterpillar has finished developing, it emerges from the egg. She eats twice her body weight in 24 hours. It eats, digests and gathers new strength. Further developments include the caterpillar molting. The caterpillar sheds its skin every eight to ten days.
